Privacy Policy

At Branquivo Contenidos Editoriales S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Branquivo") we respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with Argentine National Law Nº 25.326 on Protection of Personal Data, its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001 and the complementary provisions issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

1. Data controller

The data controller is Branquivo Contenidos Editoriales S.A.S., CUIT 30-71834290-9, with registered office at Av. Roque Sáenz Peña 943, 7th Floor, Office B (C1035AAG), Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. For privacy queries you can contact us at hola@branquivo.com.

2. Data we process

We process only the data you voluntarily decide to share through the contact form (name, email and message), together with basic technical data generated by browsing (anonymised IP address, device type, browser language and pages visited). We do not request or store sensitive data or financial information.

3. Purposes

We use the data to respond to editorial enquiries, improve our content, measure how the site performs on an aggregate basis and, where you explicitly allow it through Consent Mode v2, to display advertising measurements compatible with Google Ads. We do not perform automated profiling with legal effects on you.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your free, express and informed consent under articles 5 and 6 of Law 25.326. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the prior processing.

5. Data retention

We keep contact form data for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the last interaction. Technical data linked to statistics are kept in aggregate form for up to fourteen (14) months.

6. Sharing and providers

We do not sell your personal data. We may rely on providers such as Google LLC for measurement, within the framework of Consent Mode v2, and on hosting providers located in Argentine territory or in countries with an adequate level of protection.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition provided for in Law 25.326 by writing to hola@branquivo.com. You may also file complaints with the AAIP, the national supervisory authority.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or service improvements. Any modification will be published on this page, indicating the review date.
